Hammer House Indoor Cycling Terms & Conditions
All customers and visitors to this website agree to comply with Hammer Houses terms and conditions as expressed below. Hammer House's terms and conditions were developed to ensure that our customers are using our facilities and services with due regard to their rights and the rights of other users, and in conformity with the requirements of our procedures, rules, regulations and requirements.
Please be aware that Hammer House reserves the right to alter, change and modify its terms at any time, without prior written notice.
Signing up for a cycling class
In order to place a reservation, you must first own a cycling classes series.
To buy a series of cycling classes/rides, you can either signup here for a username and password and purchase a series online, or if you already have a username and password click "sign-in", to buy a series and make your reservation.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Amex. Cash and Check are only accepted at the location.
You can reserve cycling classes up to 2 week in advance, unless you have a priority booking series.
Cancellations
To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a cycling class reservation, you must cancel your reservation by 9pm on the day before the class. Classes not cancelled by 9pm, on the day before the class will be charge to your series.
Return policy
Series Returns - All series sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a series. If you choose not to continue your series you are not eligible for a refund.
Merchandise Returns - All merchandise sales are final, refunds for merchandise will only be provided in the form of a store credit or exchange in the case of a fault. No refunds for cash.
Waiver
By signing up for indoor cycling classes at Hammer House, I hereby Agree that there are certain inherent dangers in spinning and exercise and in using spinning and exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and any other programs provided by Hammer House, and to use its facilities and equipment, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge Hammer House, its offices, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of equipment in the abovementioned activities. I do hereby release all of those mentioned above and any others that maybe effected by this provision.
You further agree that you ride at your own risk.
Privacy Policy
Hammer House Studio, LLC will maintain all information submitted for its original intent. We will not share your personal information with another third-party without your expressed consent. All voluntarily submitted information may be maintained in our database. In all other cases, personal information is not kept in any form of a record (except for legally required information such as IP address, browser and operating system platform.) At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for the public interest. Hammer House Studio, LLC reserves the right to determine what cases warrant public interests.
