House Ryde Cycling Classes
45 minute ryde designed to add a whole new range of motions through steering and turning that will work your legs, cardio, upper body and core muscles groups. * All level welcome
60 min House Ryde Cycling Classes
Come ready to sweat - this ryde kicks it up to the next level. 60 minutes designed with more kinds of movement, adding more turning and steering, working more then just your legs. Kicks up your cardio, upper body strength and core muscles groups. *Not recommended for beginners.
HH Core Cycling Classes
This 15 minute all out ab flattening class immediatly follows our rydes. * this is not a cycling class
45 min Ride and Weights Cycling Classes
This class is a full 45 minute ride with 20 minutes of toning using 5 lb and 10 lb weights.
45 min HHBarrebody Cycling Classes
Full 45 min sculpting and lean body work on the Barre and floor. This class will build to 60 mins. This is not a cycling class but is charged as one. Class limited to 9 people. For monthly series, you can not walk in on this class. You must register.
NEW Total Body Strength - Cycling Classes
This total body workout uses hand held weights / bands to promote muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and muscle tone. For monthly series, you can not walk in to this class. You must register.
